LEAP’s annual Celebration event was a digital affair for 2021. Unable to host their annual dinner in person, they asked Fulkrum Media to create a culinary video component to be streamed during the virtual event.
Given the difficulties experienced in the service industry during the COVID-19 pandemic, LEAP took this opportunity to support a local AAPI-owned business.
In this thirty-minute interview, Jazz Singsanong, owner of East Hollywood’s famed Southern Thai restaurant, Jitlada, shares her unique journey as a female AAPI immigrant restaurateur.
