Day 2: Persimmons (Sold)

Day 2: I’m grateful for family get togethers where we shower each other with food and love- the other weekend we celebrated my late grandmother’s birthday with my cousins, aunts, and uncles. At the end of the day we all left with leftovers and bags full of these persimmons from my aunt’s garden.
These get togethers happen less often now, but they are no less special. The afternoon was spent catching up, eating home cooked foods (especially ones my grandma enjoyed), and figuring out how to video chat with relatives far away (and across the table) 😂
